• Emoji Generation: Create AI-powered images and designs. Image to Emoji.
• Sharing: Share your creations directly on social media platforms.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

3.1 Data collected includes:

• Data Used to Track You: Purchases, Identifiers, and Usage Data.
• Data Linked to You: Usage Data.
• Data Not Linked to You: Purchases, Diagnostics, and other identifiers.

3.2 Your photos and content are processed locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

4. Payment and In-App Purchases

4.1 Pixmoji offers free and premium features. Some features require in-app purchases or subscriptions.

4.2 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.3 All purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to their respective policies.

5. User Content

5.1 You are responsible for the photos and data you upload.

5.2 You agree not to upload content that is offensive, illegal, or violates third-party rights.

5.3 By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for app functionality and improvement.
